I serve as the Deputy Director of the Department of Energy Development within Cambodia's Ministry of Mines and Energy. My professional expertise lies in energy economics, policy planning, and the management of renewable energy projects. Concurrently, I am a part-time lecturer, instructing courses in Engineering Management and Project Planning.
With a decade of experience in the energy sector, I bring a wealth of practical knowledge that I share with the next generation as an instructor for undergraduate engineering students.
